For hotel revenue managers
Save hours on pricing. Impress every owner.
Otterly does the first pass of pricing for every hotel you run, overnight. You check one short list each morning and push it to the PMS. Every owner gets a live dashboard that shows what your pricing did for their hotel.
Built by Nathan Noerr, 12 years in pricing at Premier Inn and National Express
Sound familiar?
Where the week goes
Pace, comps, repricing room by room, loading the rates. Five hotels and the week has gone.
And the owner skims them. A spreadsheet shows pace. It never shows what your pricing earned them.

Your pricing, done before you log in
Every night the model reprices every room at every hotel you run, from pace, competitor prices, sell-outs and local events. You start the day with one list. Accept, adjust or skip each change, then push to the PMS.
- One list of changes across all your hotels
- Occupancy, the sell-out forecast and pace against last year for every night
- Competitor prices, their moves and who has sold out
- Muted or strong price responses, rate-led or occupancy-led, hotel by hotel
- Quiet-night discounts, floors and ceilings
- Push to the PMS and see each price land
Impress every owner
Stunning dashboards that show what you earned them
Every owner gets a live dashboard, rebuilt every night from the PMS. It shows how the hotel is doing against last year and what your pricing added. There's nothing to put together on a Monday.

A real weekly pace report
- 124 tabs in one workbook
- Typed in by hand
- The same commentary on nine reports in a row
- Nothing on what the pricing earned
The live dashboard
- Rebuilt every night from the PMS
- Revenue, occupancy, ADR and RevPAR against last year
- What the pricing added, in pounds
How it works
Three steps, and you stay in charge
Connect a hotel
You set it up: the PMS, the rate card and the comp set. We can help with rate card optimisation, competitor price tracking and local events.
Check the morning list
Overnight, the model reprices every room on every night. Each change sits next to the pace and competitor prices behind it.
Push, and the owner sees it
Accept, adjust or skip, then push to the PMS. Nothing moves until you do, and the owner's dashboard updates overnight.
The maths
Twice the hotels in the same 40 hours
5 more hotels at £1,500 a month: £90,000 a year, before Otterly's fee.
- Independent-hotel revenue managers run 4 hotels on average (HSMAI and ZS, 2021). UK cluster roles run 2 to 5 (KSB Recruitment). We use 5 hotels in a 40-hour week, so 8 hours for each.
- Revenue managers spend 51% of their time on work that makes no revenue, such as system updates, data and reports (HSMAI and ZS). One five-hotel group spent about 10 hours a week per hotel on manual rate updates and competitor checks (Kronen Hotels).
- Otterly does the first pass of pricing every night and builds the owner dashboard for you. We estimate that halves the time per hotel, from 8 hours to 4.
